Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Fordlandia's Pedrinho Paiva started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marcinho Corrêa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 10th minute, Gualter Esteves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Evandro Moreno fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fordlandia's protests and gave Evandro Moreno a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fordlandia fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 12th minute. Penalty! Fordlandia:s Sandrinho Martins showed great skill when he stopped Samuel Baiano:s penalty. After 13 minutes of play, Maevo eFootball Club's Samuel Baiano made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sandrinho Martins was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pedrinho Paiva scored 1-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jefferson Vides, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Clemente Perez came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Maevo eFootball Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clemente Perez couldn't finish the play. Jefferson Vides showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedrinho Paiva in the 25th minute of the match. Maevo eFootball Club's Jefferson Vides played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrinho Paiva in the 28th minute of play. Jefferson Vides made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualter Esteves in the 29th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Clemente Perez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maevo eFootball Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Clemente Perez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sandrinho Martins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fordlandia's Sandrinho Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcinho Corrêa in the 45th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Samuel Baiano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Antônio Meirelles was extremely unlucky when he, in the 52nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 55th minute Clemente Perez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandrinho Martins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Fordlandia's zone, Vítor Meireles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sandrinho Martins came out of the goal and Vítor Meireles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 58 minutes into the match, Benjamin Lira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jefferson Vides, 1-2. Samuel Baiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 64 minutes into the game, Benjamin Lira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jefferson Vides. Benjamin Lira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Maevo eFootball Club's Jefferson Vides proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Maevo eFootball Club from getting a goal against them. Reginaldo Quirino's late challenge caught a Maevo eFootball Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reginaldo Quirino helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Fordlandia's Reginaldo Quirino got a free kick in the 69th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Maevo eFootball Club's zone, Pedrinho Paiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jefferson Vides came out of the goal and Pedrinho Paiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jefferson Vides showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedrinho Paiva in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Samuel Baiano made a precise shot to the right of Sandrinho Martins. Fordlandia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. 79 minutes into the game, Maevo eFootball Club's Clemente Perez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sandrinho Martins made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. Clemente Perez might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sandrinho Martins. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Clemente Perez ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Maevo eFootball Club's Jefferson Vides got control of the ball when Gualter Esteves tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Fordlandia booed when Maevo eFootball Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Marques didn't get a good kick on the ball.
