The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 played minutes Fordlandia got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Lira. 周奕树 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedrinho Paiva in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tadeo Fernendo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Antônio Meirelles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeo Fernendo having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Fordlandia's Benjamin Lira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tadeo Fernendo. That made the score 1-0 after 20 minutes of play. 25 minutes into the match, Seriema AD's goal looked a bit too open when Antônio Meirelles came free, but Tadeo Fernendo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Gualter Esteves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Many of Seriema AD's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Seriema AD may have spent more time on the ball, but Fordlandia were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
