Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After 17 minutes of play, Jacunda's Cristiano Lewandowski made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Basílio de Barros was left in no man's land by his defense there! Franklin Arantes kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. The Jacunda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Víktor Vinhas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flamengo's supporters rose to their feet, but Víktor Vinhas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Waldir Ramalho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Jacunda getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Virginijus Džiuvė hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lúcio Ribeiro made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Jacunda's Cristiano Lewandowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Basílio de Barros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ian Severo kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Virginijus Džiuvė sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Flamengo's Basílio de Barros didn't even have to move. In the 62nd minute Lúcio Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldir Ramalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Lewandowski in the 64th minute of play forced Flamengo's goalkeeper Basílio de Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juarês Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basílio de Barros having to interfere. Cristiano Lewandowski struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Basílio de Barros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jacunda. 89 minutes into the match, Cristiano Lewandowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Basílio de Barros. Flamengo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristiano Lewandowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Virginijus Džiuvė's late challenge caught a Flamengo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Virginijus Džiuvė helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Flamengo booed when Jacunda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virginijus Džiuvė didn't get a good kick on the ball. Basílio de Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Lewandowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Jacunda walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
