Percival Paulista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorival de Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. In the 95th match minute, Botafogo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Carlos Araújo to maneuver through the defense. Master Team AD were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Botafogo to leave the ground with a draw.
