Spectators: 7175 (Terracing: 5383, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 142) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marcus Magalhães took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cambalacho F.C's Maicon Queirós pulled a muscle in his back after 3 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 3 minutes into the game, Dráusio Souto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CHARRUA A.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cambalacho F.C the free kick. The supporters of Cambalacho F.C booed when CHARRUA A.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dráusio Souto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michel Beckham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafim Silveira in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Marcus Magalhães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marcus Magalhães recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 0-1 became the score in the 24th minute when Luís Costa elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Miguel Quintal's late challenge caught a Cambalacho F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miguel Quintal helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, CHARRUA A.C's Miguel Quintal got a free kick in the 26th minute. Benê Meirelles charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benê Meirelles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th minute, Benê Meirelles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcus Magalhães got free with Gil Salgado in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Marcus Magalhães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gil Salgado came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Cambalacho F.C's Adhemar Furlan. But to his dismay, Adhemar Furlan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1.

The wind increased when Cássio Amaral made the kick off in the second half. Serafim Silveira came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Michel Beckham could save by the left post. 56 minutes into the match, Miguel Quintal notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Cambalacho F.C's Michel Beckham. Michel Beckham was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cambalacho F.C's Michel Beckham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Quintal in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Magalhães in the 64th minute of play forced CHARRUA A.C's goalkeeper Gil Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serafim Silveira received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Michel Beckham came out and tried to block the shot, but Serafim Silveira slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 67th minute. 74 minutes in the game Benê Meirelles did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Serafim Silveira. 75 minutes into the match, Cambalacho F.C's goalkeeper Michel Beckham had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Serafim Silveira. After 75 minutes, Giuseppe da Cunha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cambalacho F.C and the CHARRUA A.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of CHARRUA A.C booed when Cambalacho F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giuseppe da Cunha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Júlio Velloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Gil Salgado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gil Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Magalhães, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Marcus Magalhães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evandro Leão hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Michel Beckham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafim Silveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Although Cambalacho F.C had been in control for most of the match, CHARRUA A.C still came away with the win.
