Edinho de Moraes came free in the 14th minute and tried to tip the ball over Daniel Brito, but to the joy of Bezao's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. Hermínio Vaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorival Donato in the 18th minute of the match. Hermínio Vaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel de Amorim, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Noel de Amorim took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hermínio Vaz. Hermínio Vaz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Noel de Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermínio Vaz having to interfere. Hermínio Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Noel de Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Noel de Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 35th minute, Dorival Donato made a precise shot to the right of Hermínio Vaz. Cheetara FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. If Noel de Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dorival Donato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dorival Donato recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Cheetara FC's goal looked a bit too open when Noel de Amorim came free, but Hermínio Vaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Horácio Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Horácio Nascimento made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manoel Maia during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cheetara FC! Hermínio Vaz went to the wrong direction when Dorival Donato was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edinho de Moraes during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cheetara FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dorival Donato 62 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. Dorival Donato blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hermínio Vaz having to make a save. Cheetara FC's Hermínio Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorival Donato in the 68th minute of play. The supporters of Cheetara FC booed when Bezao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arí Abraão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horácio Nascimento in the 72nd minute of play. A collision led to Bezao getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Ernesto Moreno hit a great ball. In the 75th minute of the match Valério Gaúcho sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daniel Brito skillfully saved the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Noel de Amorim notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Cheetara FC's Hermínio Vaz. Hermínio Vaz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Cheetara FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Manoel Maia hit a great ball. In the 85th minute, Noel de Amorim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Dorival Donato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 94 minutes into the match, Noel de Amorim had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hermínio Vaz. Cheetara FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Noel de Amorim was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Noel de Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Hermínio Vaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bezao played a much better game than Cheetara FC and deserved their victory. The Cheetara FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
