In the 11th minute, Gilvan Motta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sem Rumo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. If Hílton Souto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Jitirana EC booed when Sem Rumo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vítor Freire didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Jitirana EC's goalkeeper Robinho Meira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilvan Motta. Robinho Meira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cauan Tinoco in the 22nd minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Jitirana EC's goal looked a bit too open when Cauan Tinoco came free, but Robinho Meira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abelardo de Medeiros hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Manfredo Rodrigues kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Herbert Åkesson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 34th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 37th minute, Cauan Tinoco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robinho Meira was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The supporters of Sem Rumo FC booed when Jitirana EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evaristo Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herbert Åkesson, 46 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Sem Rumo FC's Cauan Tinoco in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jitirana EC's goalie prevented a goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Leandro Siqueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Osvaldo Recife received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Robinho Meira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jitirana EC's Robinho Meira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cauan Tinoco in the 55th minute of play. After having played for 57 minutes, Gilvan Motta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sem Rumo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilvan Motta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Robinho Meira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilvan Motta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 61 minutes, Cauan Tinoco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sem Rumo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cauan Tinoco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 64th match minute, Jitirana EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dário Tasso to maneuver through the defense. Jitirana EC's Evaristo Ramos suffered a concussion after 65 minutes and had to leave the field. Gilvan Motta's late challenge caught a Jitirana EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilvan Motta helped the player get up and apologised. After 66 played minutes Sem Rumo FC got a freekick which was hit by Gilvan Motta. After a defensive mix-up in Jitirana EC's zone, Cauan Tinoco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robinho Meira came out of the goal and Cauan Tinoco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Gilvan Motta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sem Rumo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilvan Motta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robinho Meira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sem Rumo FC's Leandro Siqueira got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robinho Meira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cauan Tinoco in the 94th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Sem Rumo FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
