Iron Paradise FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elói Azevedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Genílson Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kauã Meireles to make the kick off. Sidney Guimarães's late challenge caught a Iron Paradise FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Genílson Montenegro charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Genílson Montenegro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Iron Paradise FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Genílson Montenegro hit a great ball. Caetano Alagoano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamílton Mendonça having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Genílson Montenegro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kauã Meireles struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Sidney Prata didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pirracao. Iron Paradise FC's Elói Azevedo got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pirracao's Hamílton Mendonça proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Pirracao from getting a goal against them. After 84 played minutes Iron Paradise FC got a freekick which was hit by Genílson Montenegro. Hamílton Mendonça made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elói Azevedo in the 86th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manfredo Bittencourt during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 93rd minute, Manfredo Bittencourt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded Iron Paradise FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pirracao.
