Kléberson Alves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Ferraz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ibatiba's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Jano Lopes scored to the left of an out of position Kléberson Alves, making the score, 1-0. In the 12th match minute, Real P.Q.D was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Fernando Sousa to maneuver through the defense. After 16 played minutes Ibatiba got a freekick which was hit by Rony Prata. Kléberson Alves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jano Lopes's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Osmar Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the match, Osmar Neves notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Real P.Q.D's Dário Quirino. Dário Quirino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Osmar Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dário Quirino having to interfere. Jano Lopes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Kléberson Alves skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ibatiba's Kléberson Alves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jano Lopes in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Ibatiba's goal looked a bit too open when Mathias Valladares came free, but Kléberson Alves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Rafinha Félix fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ibatiba's protests and gave Rafinha Félix a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ibatiba's Rafinha Félix got a free kick in the 44th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 52nd match minute, Ibatiba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osmar Neves to maneuver through the defense. After 55 played minutes Ibatiba got a freekick which was hit by Caio Coutinho. With a little luck, Real P.Q.D's Dário Quirino got control of the ball when Osmar Neves tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jano Lopes in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kléberson Alves saved Ibatiba from getting behind. 67 minutes into the game, Genílson Madureira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Kléberson Alves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jano Lopes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kléberson Alves having to make a save. Jorge Ferraz scored 3-1 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kléberson Alves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Real P.Q.D's Dário Quirino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Real P.Q.D from getting a goal against them. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Osmar Neves got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jano Lopes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. There was no doubt that Real P.Q.D were the better team. Real P.Q.D's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
