Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Nandox FC's Delfim Perez started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Carlos Eduardo Bezerra fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nandox FC's protests and gave Carlos Eduardo Bezerra a yellow card for diving instead. After 5 played minutes Nandox FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Eduardo Bezerra. 6 minutes into the match, Juiracu FC's Pedro Luiz Medeiros broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Diego Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Teles in the 8th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Luís Gustavo Baptista notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Nandox FC's Diego Magalhães. Diego Magalhães was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luís Gustavo Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Diego Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ismael Teles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flavinho Cardozo hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Pedro Luiz Medeiros, 24 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Luís Gustavo Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Diego Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Juiracu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Delfim Perez came free, but Gerson Xavier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Nandox FC's zone, Ismael Teles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Magalhães came out of the goal and Ismael Teles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Luís Gustavo Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute Luís Gustavo Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavinho Cardozo kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Juiracu FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pedro Luiz Medeiros in the 40th minute. After taking down the ball on Juiracu FC's corner Pedro Luiz Medeiros fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Diego Magalhães quite easily take care of the ball. After 45 played minutes Nandox FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Eduardo Bezerra. 47 minutes into the game, Ismael Teles cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Diego Magalhães was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luís Gustavo Baptista stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Ismael Teles managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juiracu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ismael Teles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Magalhães breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Diego Magalhães stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luís Gustavo Baptista's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Ismael Teles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diego Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Baptista in the 72nd minute of play. Diego Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Gustavo Baptista in the 73rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Nandox FC's Diego Magalhães got control of the ball when Ismael Teles tried to sneak it across the goal line. Delfim Perez hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After 87 minutes of play, Juiracu FC's Ismael Teles made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Diego Magalhães was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ismael Teles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Magalhães having to interfere. In the 94th minute Luís Gustavo Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luís Gustavo Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Diego Magalhães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Juiracu FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nandox FC.
