Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Luís Gustavo Baptista took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Fanáticos's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Gustavo Baptista came free, but Luisinho Cavalcante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th match minute, Fanáticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Márcio Alagoano to maneuver through the defense. After 9 minutes of play, Juiracu FC's Ismael Teles made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luisinho Cavalcante was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luisinho Cavalcante made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Ismael Teles sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavinho Varela in the 13th minute of play forced Fanáticos's goalkeeper Luisinho Cavalcante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benê Eger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerson Xavier having to interfere. Luisinho Cavalcante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Baptista in the 17th minute of play. Luisinho Cavalcante didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 20th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Benê Eger's late challenge caught a Juiracu FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benê Eger helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Fanáticos getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Benê Eger hit a great ball. Juiracu FC's Luís Gustavo Baptista managed to work through Fanáticos's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Luís Gustavo Baptista dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Fanáticos's Luisinho Cavalcante proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Fanáticos from getting a goal against them. After having played for 27 minutes, André Branco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fanáticos's supporters crossed their fingers, but André Branco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Juiracu FC's zone, Benê Eger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerson Xavier came out of the goal and Benê Eger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd minute André Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerson Xavier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Juiracu FC's Dalmo Vasconcelos got a free kick in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Branco in the 40th minute of play forced Juiracu FC's goalkeeper Gerson Xavier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Luisinho Cavalcante managed to avoid a goal in the 45thth minute, when Juiracu FC's Ismael Teles fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling André Branco in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gerson Xavier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benê Eger blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gerson Xavier having to make a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. André Branco was the one to do the kick off. Luís Gustavo Baptista took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luisinho Cavalcante. Luisinho Cavalcante dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The supporters of Juiracu FC booed when Fanáticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edu Lopes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luisinho Cavalcante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Gustavo Baptista in the 56th minute of the match. If Luís Gustavo Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 62 minutes of play Fanáticos's Benê Eger was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 63 played minutes Fanáticos got a freekick which was hit by Benê Eger. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fanáticos's goalkeeper Luisinho Cavalcante, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 67 minutes into the match, Fanáticos's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Gustavo Baptista came free, but Luisinho Cavalcante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 68 played minutes Fanáticos got a freekick which was hit by Márcio Alagoano. 69 minutes into the match, Fanáticos's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Teles came free, but Luisinho Cavalcante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luisinho Cavalcante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vito Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fanáticos's Luisinho Cavalcante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Gustavo Baptista in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75thth minute of the game Luís Gustavo Baptista who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fanáticos's Luisinho Cavalcante was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luisinho Cavalcante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Baptista in the 78th minute of play. When Juiracu FC's Vito Abreu in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fanáticos's goalie prevented a goal. 85 minutes into the game, Tales Simões was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fanáticos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juiracu FC the free kick. In the 85th minute, Tales Simões hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luisinho Cavalcante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Teles in the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Luís Gustavo Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisinho Cavalcante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luís Gustavo Baptista took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luisinho Cavalcante. Luisinho Cavalcante dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Juiracu FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Fanáticos had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
