Egídio Amaral took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vitinho Berger. Vitinho Berger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 16 minutes, Lauro Ortiz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PALESTRA ITÁLIA and the Belchior players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 16 played minutes PALESTRA ITÁLIA got a freekick which was hit by Lauro Ortiz. In the 19th minute Washington Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gandalf Fehér saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Egídio Amaral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Vitinho Berger made a huge save. Egídio Amaral spun around in front of the goal 53 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Belchior's goal. Vitinho Berger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egídio Amaral in the 56th minute of the match. Vitinho Berger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egídio Amaral in the 58th minute of play. Adolfo Edmondson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Vitinho Berger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Washington Costa during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Duarte Mendonça tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Vitinho Berger. An unnecessary self made goal, 4-0 in the 89th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Belchior's zone, Adolfo Edmondson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vitinho Berger came out of the goal and Adolfo Edmondson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. PALESTRA ITÁLIA's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
