In the 21st match minute, soldadinho F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fiori Berger to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st match minute, Medieval Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inácio Mello to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonardo Pena in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frédson Cordeiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Fiori Berger's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vitinho Mendes was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. With a little luck, soldadinho F.C's Frédson Cordeiro got control of the ball when Rubens Maranhense tried to sneak it across the goal line. Frédson Cordeiro made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Frederico Messias sent off a good shot on target. Leonardo Pena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frédson Cordeiro having to make a save. When the match had been going on for 46 minutes, Medieval Football Club's Rubens Maranhense got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Frédson Cordeiro. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonardo Pena to strike the kick off in the second half. Vitinho Mendes made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Fiori Berger sent off a good shot on target. Norberto Coelho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitinho Mendes having to interfere. 59 minutes into the game, Inácio Mello cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Frédson Cordeiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Frederico Messias came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Medieval Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frederico Messias couldn't finish the play. Frederico Messias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of soldadinho F.C booed when Medieval Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Pena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frédson Cordeiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonardo Pena went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Pena in the 78th minute of play forced soldadinho F.C's goalkeeper Frédson Cordeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frédson Cordeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frederico Messias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 90 minutes into the game, when Franklin Munhoz put in a rough tackle. After 89 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle.
