Fausto da Fonseca made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Edvaldo Camargo sent off a good shot on target. Fausto da Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emerson Custódio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Vera Cruz FN's Arlindo de Alcântara in 87 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot.
