Percy Rodrigues had in the 73rdth minute some difficulties stopping Artur Valle's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Percy Rodrigues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ediberto Tavares, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. With a little luck, Jacruaru's Percy Rodrigues got control of the ball when Ivo Dias tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Ediberto Tavares sped through Jacruaru's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Percy Rodrigues.
