Spectators: 7160 (Terracing: 5404, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 100) After a defensive mix-up in Salvavida's zone, Alexandre Sousa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvério Barbosa came out of the goal and Alexandre Sousa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 8th minute, Salvavida's Inácio Leme dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Inácio Leme blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Caio de Queiroz having to make a save. Alberto Corrêa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Caio de Queiroz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alberto Corrêa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexandre Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Silvério Barbosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salvavida's Silvério Barbosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisinho Godoi in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Taboca's Pedro dos Santos got a free kick in the 24th minute. After having played for 31 minutes, Alberto Corrêa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salvavida's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Corrêa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alberto Corrêa in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Caio de Queiroz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 38th minute Cauã Rosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caio de Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cauã Rosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luisinho Godoi made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Alberto Corrêa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Caio de Queiroz was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Inácio Leme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caio de Queiroz having to interfere. In the 60th minute Inácio Leme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caio de Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guilherme Siqueira hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Salvavida's Alberto Corrêa managed to work through Taboca's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Alberto Corrêa dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Caio de Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Corrêa in the 71st minute of play. Inácio Leme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caio de Queiroz having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Taboca fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 75th minute. Penalty! In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Taboca's goalkeeper Caio de Queiroz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alexandre Sousa's late challenge caught a Salvavida's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexandre Sousa helped the player get up and apologised. After 85 played minutes Taboca got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Sousa. Inácio Leme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caio de Queiroz having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Corrêa in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Caio de Queiroz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Corrêa in the 91st minute of play forced Taboca's goalkeeper Caio de Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Caio de Queiroz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Corrêa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Salvavida's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
