Spectators: 7331 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1686, VIP seats: 145) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hélio Neto made the kick off which started today's match. Orlando Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kauan de Amorim having to interfere. After a rather tough play, A.J. City's Durval Dionísio got a free kick in the 11th minute. Kauan de Amorim was a little too slow when Hélio Neto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-0. Valdo Perez came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by A.J. City's Hélio Netto. But to his dismay, Hélio Netto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpected shot in the 20th minute by Hélio Neto got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Jacare's goalkeeper Valdo Perez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Noel Sabóia hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Sebastião de Brito took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Valdo Perez. Jacare's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jacare's Jeferson Cardozo got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Jeferson Cardozo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marcos Souza struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Kauan de Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jacare. A.J. City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 48th minute, when Orlando Dias scored to the left of an out of position Kauan de Amorim, making the score, 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

If Hélio Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, A.J. City's Alexandre Batista got a free kick in the 58th minute. Kauan de Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeferson Cardozo in the 59th minute of play. Cido Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeferson Cardozo in the 75th minute of play forced A.J. City's goalkeeper Kauan de Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hélio Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 79 minutes into the match, A.J. City's goal looked a bit too open when Hélio Neto came free, but Kauan de Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hélio Netto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st match minute, Jacare was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cido Silva to maneuver through the defense. Sebastião de Brito's late challenge caught a Jacare's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastião de Brito helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th match minute, A.J. City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastião de Brito to maneuver through the defense. After 87 played minutes, Jacare's Orlando Dias shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kauan de Amorim came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jacare reached it. Jeferson Cardozo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cido Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Orlando Dias might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kauan de Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Orlando Dias ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcos Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kauan de Amorim having to interfere.
