Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zézinho Vasconcelos took the kick off in the first half of the match. Frank Pimenta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zézinho Vasconcelos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abel Mota having to make a save. Luiz Prata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Almeirim AD's Abel Mota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zézinho Vasconcelos in the 12th minute of play. Claudinho Arósio made in the 17th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Almeirim AD's Frank Pimenta. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Frank Pimenta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Almeirim AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Pimenta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Cordeiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 23 played minutes Almeirim AD got a freekick which was hit by Edinho Bittencourt. After 27 minutes of play, Realeza SS's Zézinho Vasconcelos made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abel Mota was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Almeirim AD booed when Realeza SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zézinho Vasconcelos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Natã Ortiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frank Pimenta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Mauro Cordeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 42 minutes, Frank Pimenta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Almeirim AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Pimenta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Almeirim AD's Frank Pimenta got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Almeirim AD players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Realeza SS were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Natã Ortiz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Matheus Abraão came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Almeirim AD fans jumped to their feet. Natã Ortiz struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Mauro Cordeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Almeirim AD. If Frank Pimenta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute Zézinho Vasconcelos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Mota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 90 played minutes Realeza SS got a freekick which was hit by Claudinho Arósio. Luiz Prata's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abel Mota read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. When Natã Ortiz came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Almeirim AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Natã Ortiz couldn't finish the play. Chants of Realeza SS echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Almeirim AD had held the ball for most of the match.
