Claudinho Moura helped the player get up and apologised. Claudinho Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 25th minute Cristiano Bittencourt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Antunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cléber Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laerte Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramiro Toledo made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Cléber Lago sent off a good shot on target. ★Real Madruga FC★'s Ramiro Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laerte Salgado in the 38th minute of play. When Cléber Lago came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Acaiaca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cléber Lago couldn't finish the play. Cristiano Bittencourt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Acaiaca's goal looked a bit too open when Dinei Reis came free, but Emanuel Antunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, one of Acaiaca:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 47th minute there was a penalty for ★Real Madruga FC★. Mané das Neves stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Emanuel Antunes. 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Laerte Salgado was the one to do the kick off. Alessandro Branco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Emanuel Antunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cléber Lago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Toledo having to interfere. After 55 played minutes ★Real Madruga FC★ got a freekick which was hit by Walmir de Medeiros. After having played for 59 minutes, Laerte Salgado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Acaiaca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laerte Salgado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Acaiaca's zone, Cristiano Bittencourt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Antunes came out of the goal and Cristiano Bittencourt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th match minute, ★Real Madruga FC★ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walmir de Medeiros to maneuver through the defense. Dinei Reis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With 78 minutes on the clock, Osmar Vinhas commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Dinei Reis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emanuel Antunes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cristiano Bittencourt showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 99 minute of play.
