Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Pixe's Betinho Varela started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sílvio Gerber in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastião Barral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Pixe's Betinho Varela slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dito Simão. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. The supporters of Pixe booed when Deliciosa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Willian de Queiroz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucas Alvarenga was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 13th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With splendid footwork Betinho Varela arrived in front of goal to shoot 2-0 by the left pole in the game's 15th minute. In the 26th minute Sílvio Gerber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastião Barral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pixe's Eugênio Brito got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 33rd minute of the match Valdomiro Carioca sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sebastião Barral skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giovani Miranda in the 34th minute of play forced Pixe's goalkeeper Sebastião Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deliciosa's Sílvio Gerber got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rogério Albuquerque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sílvio Gerber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Giovani Miranda to strike the kick off in the second half. Giovani Miranda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giovani Miranda in the 53rd minute of play forced Pixe's goalkeeper Sebastião Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastião Barral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giovani Miranda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sílvio Gerber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastião Barral having to interfere. Sílvio Gerber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Willian de Queiroz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sebastião Barral read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Sílvio Gerber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastião Barral having to interfere. Sebastião Barral was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Erivaldo Couto. After a defensive mix-up in Deliciosa's zone, Betinho Varela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dito Simão came out of the goal and Betinho Varela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sílvio Gerber scored 2-3 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastião Barral, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Giovani Miranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sílvio Gerber got free with Sebastião Barral in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sebastião Motta kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Pixe's Sebastião Barral got control of the ball when Sílvio Gerber tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sílvio Gerber scored 2-4 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastião Barral, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Valdomiro Carioca was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 95th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Deliciosa left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pixe.
