Luís Fernando Pombal scored 2-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexandre Vale, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ren Cheng Cheng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilson Paes having to interfere. Luís Fernando Pombal kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Aírton Mello hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in OLIVA's zone, Alfredão da Silveira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilson Paes came out of the goal and Alfredão da Silveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. GUARANHUNS FC's Alexandre Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murilo Moura in the 25th minute of play. In the 31st match minute, GUARANHUNS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredão da Silveira to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes into the game, Alfredão da Silveira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Gilson Paes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. OLIVA's Gilson Paes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredão da Silveira in the 40th minute of play. After having played for 44 minutes, Murilo Moura managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. OLIVA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Murilo Moura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to OLIVA getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Silvério Paranaense hit a great ball. After 58 played minutes OLIVA got a freekick which was hit by Rogério Alves. After some careless play in the GUARANHUNS FC defense, Artur Chaves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexandre Vale. The GUARANHUNS FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexandre Vale should have stopped the shot. After 63 minutes, Alfredão da Silveira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GUARANHUNS FC and the OLIVA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alfredão da Silveira hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Artur Chaves in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexandre Vale prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 66th minute Rogério Alves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexandre Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Chaves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ren Cheng Cheng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Isaltino Furlan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute Alfredão da Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilson Paes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Artur Chaves left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The OLIVA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. When OLIVA's Murilo Moura in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GUARANHUNS FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 98th minute, Baltazar Peres ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilson Paes was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-3.
