In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deliciosa's goalkeeper Dito Simão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 19thth minute of the game Sílvio Gerber who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GUARANHUNS FC's Alexandre Vale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Deliciosa getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Willian de Queiroz hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, Giovani Miranda notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of GUARANHUNS FC's Alexandre Vale. Alexandre Vale was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Deliciosa's Dito Simão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Deliciosa from getting a goal against them. In the 28th minute, Baltazar Peres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dito Simão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredão da Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Alfredão da Silveira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dito Simão, 1-1. The audience was convinced that Alfredão da Silveira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dito Simão was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. In a very dangerous position, a player in Deliciosa fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! GUARANHUNS FC's Alexandre Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Gerber in the 44th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Deliciosa's Rodriguinho Campidelis got a free kick in the 45th minute. Dito Simão acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 46th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Alfredão da Silveira.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Giovani Miranda to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Alfredão da Silveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. GUARANHUNS FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredão da Silveira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dito Simão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alexandre Vale made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sílvio Gerber in the 55th minute. Rogério Albuquerque kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, GUARANHUNS FC's Baltazar Peres sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dito Simão narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alexandre Vale was a little too slow when Sílvio Gerber got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 2-3. If Alfredão da Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the game, GUARANHUNS FC's Alfredão da Silveira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dito Simão made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. When GUARANHUNS FC's Alfredão da Silveira in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfredão da Silveira in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dito Simão saved Deliciosa from getting behind. Dito Simão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ren Cheng Cheng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute Alfredão da Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dito Simão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baltazar Peres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Deliciosa succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though GUARANHUNS FC had controlled the match.
