Pacova's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EC Boca do Rio the free kick. Davi Zonta made in the 15th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Marcel Alagoano. Matheus da Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvério de Barros in the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Enéas Ferreira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pacova fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Orlando Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Matheus da Cunha made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Orlando Montenegro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Matheus da Cunha. That made the score 1-1 in the 32 minute of play. Enéas Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Nelsinho Moura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enéas Ferreira in the 37th minute of play forced EC Boca do Rio's goalkeeper Nelsinho Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nelsinho Moura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernani Brodel in the 39th minute of play. If Glauco Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute Enéas Ferreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelsinho Moura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Glauco Leite had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nelsinho Moura. EC Boca do Rio's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Glauco Leite was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silvério de Barros to make the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Davi Zonta in the 57th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by EC Boca do Rio's Leonel Melo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Montenegro in the 58th minute of play forced Pacova's goalkeeper Matheus da Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvério de Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Orlando Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the match, Orlando Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matheus da Cunha. Pacova's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orlando Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Orlando Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matheus da Cunha having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Pacova's Enéas Ferreira dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-3. In the 72nd match minute, Pacova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Sampaio to maneuver through the defense. After 77 played minutes Pacova got a freekick which was hit by Hernani Brodel. After 78 played minutes Pacova got a freekick which was hit by Enéas Ferreira. Orlando Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enéas Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Nelsinho Moura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enéas Ferreira struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Nelsinho Moura didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pacova. Nelsinho Moura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enéas Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
