After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luan Braga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Mata Linda booed when Cachimbos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Sanches didn't get a good kick on the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Mata Linda's Téo Branco broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Cachimbos's 杜广建 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luan Braga in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th match minute, Cachimbos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vitinho de Brito to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luan Braga in the 66th minute of play forced Cachimbos's goalkeeper 杜广建 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Mata Linda booed when Cachimbos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitinho de Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 杜广建 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luan Braga in the 92nd minute of play. When Romeu Quintal fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mata Linda's protests and gave Romeu Quintal a yellow card for diving instead. Romeu Quintal hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Mata Linda had won after a very even match.
