Danilo Zonta charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 69 minutes into the match, Dorival Cunha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mateus Dantas. Mostarda EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dorival Cunha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 75 minutes into the game, Mazinho Faria cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Tomás Furtado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dorival Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Mateus Dantas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mazinho Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Furtado having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mazinho Faria in the 88th minute of play forced Rezende's goalkeeper Tomás Furtado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Dorival Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 90 played minutes Mostarda EC got a freekick which was hit by Aílton Pimenta. It was beautiful to see Rezende's Alexsandro de Barros in action when he in the 92nd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! 98 minutes into the match, Mostarda EC's goalkeeper Mateus Dantas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dorival Cunha. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dorival Cunha got free with Mateus Dantas in the 100th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 100th match minute, Mostarda EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reginaldo Paraense to maneuver through the defense.
