Alexsandro Zanette hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, SE Chambari's goalkeeper Enrique Mariano Moron had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hílton Barros. Enrique Mariano Moron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deivid Urbano in the 17th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Anselmo Lopes in the 20th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by SE Chambari's Charles Maranhense. Enrique Mariano Moron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hílton Barros in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, SE Chambari's Alexsandro Zanette got a free kick in the 30th minute. Patrick Pinheiro hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Lisandro Rosio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Armandinho Pena hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lisandro Rosio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nilton de Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Inácio Vander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enrique Mariano Moron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deivid Urbano in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of Esporte Clube Bahêa booed when SE Chambari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Rosio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 61 played minutes SE Chambari got a freekick which was hit by Nilton de Azevedo. Anselmo Lopes made in the 63rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by SE Chambari's Charles Maranhense. Deivid Urbano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Enrique Mariano Moron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 81 played minutes SE Chambari got a freekick which was hit by Lisandro Rosio. Patrick Pinheiro kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The supporters of SE Chambari booed when Esporte Clube Bahêa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Negri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Inácio Vander made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Lisandro Rosio sent off a good shot on target. Deivid Urbano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enrique Mariano Moron read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play.
