If Gildo Nóbrega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 13th minute Aníbal Palmeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilton Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Central SC's Nilton Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Capixaba in the 16th minute of play. 沈德誉 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gildo Nóbrega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aníbal Palmeira's late challenge caught a Central SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aníbal Palmeira helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Caripi AD getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Aníbal Palmeira hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Gildo Nóbrega managed to get in a good position for a shot. Central SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gildo Nóbrega was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 沈德誉 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 31 played minutes Central SC got a freekick which was hit by Franklin Maranhense. In the 34th minute Caripi AD were awarded a corner. Mazinho Matorin went to the cornerflag to take it. Fabiano Guerra might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nilton Lara. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabiano Guerra ran back to his position shaking his head. Sílvio Capixaba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gildo Nóbrega stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 58 minutes, Gildo Nóbrega managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Central SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gildo Nóbrega was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aníbal Palmeira kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. If Régis Valladares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gildo Nóbrega struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. 沈德誉 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Central SC. Gildo Nóbrega sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fabiano Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fabiano Guerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilton Lara having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Fabiano Guerra notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Central SC's Nilton Lara. Nilton Lara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 86th minute Gildo Nóbrega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 沈德誉 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 沈德誉 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gildo Nóbrega in the 89th minute of the match. When Sílvio Capixaba came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Caripi AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sílvio Capixaba couldn't finish the play. Caripi AD were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Central SC for a fine match.
