After 33 played minutes CHELSEA got a freekick which was hit by Murilo Toscano. Aírton Ferraz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Natanael de Barros in the 36th minute. In the 41st minute Natanael de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aírton Ferraz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, CHELSEA's Albertinho da Fonseca got a free kick in the 42nd minute. TOP™ Inacreditável FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Erivaldo Marquez in the 45th minute. After taking down the ball on TOP™ Inacreditável FC's corner Erivaldo Marquez fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aírton Ferraz quite easily take care of the ball. Guga Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geraldo Toledo having to interfere. The TOP™ Inacreditável FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CHELSEA were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Davi Mandrak to make the kick off. Natanael de Barros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. CHELSEA's Guga Veiga got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Davi Mandrak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Natanael de Barros came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the TOP™ Inacreditável FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Natanael de Barros couldn't finish the play. Natanael de Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The CHELSEA supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing CHELSEA would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
