They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a defensive mix-up in Zimbros AD's zone, Valdomiro Cearense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arí Moreira came out of the goal and Valdomiro Cearense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maicon Gerber blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chicão Hermes having to make a save. Zimbros AD's Arí Moreira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Zimbros AD from getting a goal against them. Marcelinho Sergipano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Arí Moreira made a huge save. Marcelinho Sergipano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arí Moreira having to interfere. Valdomiro Cearense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
