With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elivélton Trevisan in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manoel Terra saved Bahia City from getting behind. Manoel Terra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luís Fábio Linhares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Gaúcho having to interfere. Henrique Leme's late challenge caught a Bahia City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Henrique Leme helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Palestriscos getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Henrique Leme hit a great ball. Luís Eduardo Vaz was extremely unlucky when he, in the 69th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The audience thought a goal was coming when Caio Borges got free with Alfredo Gaúcho in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Palestriscos booed when Bahia City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Sena didn't get a good kick on the ball.
