Spectators: 7185 (Terracing: 5391, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 142) After a defensive mix-up in Caldeira FC's zone, Anísio Pena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amadeu Guerra came out of the goal and Anísio Pena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th match minute, Caldeira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Vaz to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute of the match Durval Leão shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amadeu Guerra showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If David Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 28 minutes of play, Butio's Doriva Amorim made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amadeu Guerra was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 39th match minute, Caldeira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandro Quadros to maneuver through the defense. Durval Leão took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Amadeu Guerra. Caldeira FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 41st minute Betão Freitas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeu Guerra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amílton Tróia's late challenge caught a Caldeira FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amílton Tróia helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th match minute, Butio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amílton Tróia to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and David Sá made a kick off. Hélder da Rocha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Luiz Lucas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 64 played minutes Caldeira FC got a freekick which was hit by Anderson Gomes. Amadeu Guerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delfim Vieira, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Delfim Vieira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amadeu Guerra came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Butio's Doriva Amorim. But to his dismay, Doriva Amorim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 84th minute of the match, Anísio Pena tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Amadeu Guerra saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Doriva Amorim got free with Amadeu Guerra in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amadeu Guerra was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anísio Pena showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 98 minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Butio had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
