Caldeira FC's Amadeu Guerra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Caldeira FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Caldeira FC's David Sá got a free kick in the 16th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Caldeira FC's goal looked a bit too open when Geovanni Berger came free, but Amadeu Guerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovanni Berger in the 19th minute of play forced Caldeira FC's goalkeeper Amadeu Guerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Mangalatiba SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Mangalatiba SC had played much better football throughout.
