After 11 minutes, Silvério Damião mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aracazinho and the SantasticoJovemFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th match minute, Aracazinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvério Damião to maneuver through the defense. SantasticoJovemFC's Maurinho Vasconcelos got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When João Pedro Castro fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SantasticoJovemFC's protests and gave João Pedro Castro a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SantasticoJovemFC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. João Pedro Castro hit a great ball. Wágner Koehler was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 30th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Reynaldo Leão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jorginho da Mata's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Richard Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Leão having to interfere. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 42nd minute, João Pedro Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44thth minute of the game Jorginho da Mata who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SantasticoJovemFC's Reynaldo Leão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Richard Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Leão having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 53 minutes into the match, SantasticoJovemFC's goalkeeper Reynaldo Leão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Richard Neves. The crowd rose to their feet as Richard Neves kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Reynaldo Leão. That made the score 0-1 in the 54 minute of play. Jorginho da Mata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Leão having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, SantasticoJovemFC's goalkeeper Reynaldo Leão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Richard Neves. Reynaldo Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorginho da Mata in the 65th minute of play. Reynaldo Leão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorginho da Mata in the 75th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, SantasticoJovemFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jorginho da Mata came free, but Reynaldo Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reynaldo Leão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorginho da Mata, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. If Naldo Barral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
