In the 3rd minute Ruy Quintal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateus Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rony Capixaba kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Arí Simão managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ragnarok's supporters rose to their feet, but Arí Simão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mateus Paranaense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 8th minute, Luiz Eduardo Barros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ragnarok fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 11th minute, Arí Simão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Prainhas AD's Mateus Paranaense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Eduardo Barros in the 13th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Ragnarok's Arí Simão sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mateus Paranaense narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Luiz Eduardo Barros came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Ragnarok fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Eduardo Barros couldn't finish the play. 29 minutes into the match, Arí Simão notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Prainhas AD's Mateus Paranaense. Mateus Paranaense was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eriberto Gomes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rômulo Domingues read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ragnarok's zone, Rony Capixaba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rômulo Domingues came out of the goal and Rony Capixaba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Prainhas AD's Eduardo Meira got a free kick in the 40th minute. Mateus Paranaense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Eduardo Barros in the 41st minute of the match. In the 47th minute Luiz Eduardo Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateus Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Arí Simão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateus Paranaense having to interfere. Valério Alvarenga kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Mateus Paranaense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arí Simão in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Prainhas AD's goalkeeper Mateus Paranaense, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rony Capixaba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 65th minute, Nuno Domingues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Prainhas AD's Mateus Paranaense got control of the ball when Arí Simão tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mateus Paranaense made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Davi Vale sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Ragnarok's Ruy Quintal got a free kick in the 77th minute. A collision led to Prainhas AD getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Pedrão Gonçalves hit a great ball. In the 92nd match minute, Prainhas AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Meira to maneuver through the defense. The Ragnarok players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
