Sérgio Barbosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clóvis Esteves in the 3rd minute of the match. Ronaldinho Gomes kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Júlio Massa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A. Jurupoca's Ronaldinho Gomes shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 18th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Róbson Veloso but with some difficulty. Júlio Massa struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Róbson Veloso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A. Jurupoca. After a rather tough play, Timão Mito AFC's Emanuel Novaes got a free kick in the 20th minute. Sérgio Barbosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from César Vieira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The long shot by Teodoro Paraense in the 33rd minute really tested Róbson Veloso's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 36 minutes into the game, César Vieira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Sérgio Barbosa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Timão Mito AFC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Emanuel Novaes hit a great ball. The A. Jurupoca players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Timão Mito AFC were winning 0-2.

Júlio Massa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Róbson Veloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 56 minutes of play, Timão Mito AFC's Dida Simões made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sérgio Barbosa was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Timão Mito AFC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Dida Simões hit a great ball. Gernando Lucas's late challenge caught a Timão Mito AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gernando Lucas helped the player get up and apologised. A hard shot 68 in the game by Clóvis Esteves from a close distance when the talented Sérgio Barbosa managed to make a qualified save. A. Jurupoca's players were relieved. Clóvis Esteves's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sérgio Barbosa firmly grabbed it by the left post. Sérgio Barbosa was a little too slow when César Vieira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 0-4. In the 88th minute, Zé Paulo Prata hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Júlio Massa in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Róbson Veloso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Júlio Massa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the game, Emanuel Novaes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sérgio Barbosa. Emanuel Novaes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5.
