Spectators: 7258 (Terracing: 5445, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tiradentes's goalkeeper Rogério Perez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 6 minutes into the match, Jean de Carvalho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Deivid Figueiredo. Rajado's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jean de Carvalho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 10th minute Jean de Carvalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Deivid Figueiredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Paulo Peres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Rogério Perez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Paulo Peres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogério Perez having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Rajado's Pedro Paulo Peres sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rogério Perez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oséas Favoretto kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Teodoro Alvarenga was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 28th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 33rd minute Ernani Furtado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogério Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jean de Carvalho came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Tiradentes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jean de Carvalho couldn't finish the play. Renato Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jean de Carvalho to strike the kick off in the second half. Deivid Figueiredo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jean de Carvalho's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. If Jean de Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 58th minute, Rajado's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Renato Salgado fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 64 minutes into the match, Rajado's goal looked a bit too open when Jean de Carvalho came free, but Deivid Figueiredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68thth minute of the game Jean de Carvalho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rajado's Deivid Figueiredo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Deivid Figueiredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean de Carvalho in the 69th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Rajado's zone, Renato Salgado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Deivid Figueiredo came out of the goal and Renato Salgado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rogério Perez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Paulo Peres, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Renato Salgado notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Rajado's Deivid Figueiredo. Deivid Figueiredo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Deivid Figueiredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean de Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jean de Carvalho in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Deivid Figueiredo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pedro Paulo Peres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiradentes played a much better game than Rajado and deserved their victory. The Rajado players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
