Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dorian Leite took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the game, Dorian Leite cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Hílton Marinho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Edgar Magalhães fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Santa AD's protests and gave Edgar Magalhães a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th minute, Edgar Magalhães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santa AD's Dorian Leite got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 20 minutes into the game, Dorian Leite cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Hílton Marinho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Breno Zanette had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hílton Marinho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dorian Leite's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Santa AD's Abel Perez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Santa AD from getting a goal against them. Eurico Gerber's late challenge caught a MDP Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eurico Gerber helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Santa AD getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Eurico Gerber hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the match, MDP Team's goal looked a bit too open when Filipe Dantas came free, but Hílton Marinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Santa AD's Dorian Leite in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MDP Team's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Dorian Leite managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santa AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Dorian Leite was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hílton Marinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Dorian Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Breno Zanette got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dorian Leite recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Breno Zanette stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Dorian Leite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hílton Marinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the game, Dorian Leite recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hílton Marinho. Dorian Leite showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in MDP Team's zone, Dorian Leite stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hílton Marinho came out of the goal and Dorian Leite tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filipe Dantas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hílton Marinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorian Leite, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. With a little luck, MDP Team's Hílton Marinho got control of the ball when Filipe Dantas tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in MDP Team's zone, Dorian Leite stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hílton Marinho came out of the goal and Dorian Leite tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filipe Dantas might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hílton Marinho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Filipe Dantas ran back to his position shaking his head. After 91 played minutes, Santa AD's Laerte da Silva shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hílton Marinho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Santa AD reached it. In the 92nd minute, Filipe Dantas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Hílton Marinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorian Leite in the 94th minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Filipe Dantas made a precise shot to the right of Hílton Marinho. MDP Team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Santa AD's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
