Spectators: 7230 (Terracing: 5424, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sidnei Amorim got the match started through his kick off. Rato F.C.'s Ulysses Prestes got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 6th match minute, DiezicoFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nilmar Freire to maneuver through the defense. Tales Coelho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidnei Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josué Valadares in the 24th minute of play forced Rato F.C.'s goalkeeper Franklin Zonta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rato F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! In the 39th minute, Josué Valadares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Rato F.C.'s Lauro Martins got a free kick in the 40th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Josué Valadares kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Franklin Zonta. That made the score 2-0 in the 42 minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Josué Valadares made a kick off. Lauro Simões recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tales Coelho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidnei Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Lauro Simões came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the DiezicoFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lauro Simões couldn't finish the play. Tales Coelho was a little too slow when Sidnei Amorim got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jano de Moraes in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Franklin Zonta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lauro Simões received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Franklin Zonta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Josué Valadares had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Franklin Zonta. Rato F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Josué Valadares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1.
