Spectators: 7116 (Terracing: 5456, Seating: 1605, VIP seats: 55) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Walmyr Lopez kicked off to start the match. Pedro Augusto Botelho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walmyr Lopez in the 4th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the game, Adhemar Porto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chuvarada's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Parecis EC the free kick. Adhemar Porto hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute Walmyr Lopez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Augusto Botelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgílio Velasco in the 10th minute of play forced Parecis EC's goalkeeper Antônio Carlos Hoffmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chuvarada's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Walmyr Lopez scored to the left of an out of position Pedro Augusto Botelho, making the score, 1-0. Abel Moura took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pedro Augusto Botelho. Chuvarada's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Virgílio Velasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Antônio Carlos Hoffmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelo Romero hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Pedro Augusto Dantas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Augusto Botelho having to interfere. Chuvarada's Virgílio Velasco got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Virgílio Velasco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Antônio Carlos Hoffmann was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. If Pedro Augusto Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adhemar Porto got his second yellow card in the match during the 35th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 35th match minute, Chuvarada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adhemar Porto to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Chuvarada's Pedro Augusto Botelho got control of the ball when Pedro Augusto Dantas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Moisés Penha charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Moisés Penha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Parecis EC booed when Chuvarada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moisés Penha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ricardo Corrêa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antônio Carlos Hoffmann having to interfere. Cristian Dante hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Parecis EC's Walmyr Lopez in the 48th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Pedro Augusto Botelho was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Chuvarada through an amazing save. Parecis EC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Matías Dionísio in the 50th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Ricardo Corrêa made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 59 minutes, Ricardo Corrêa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chuvarada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Corrêa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Augusto Dantas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Pedro Augusto Botelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Walmyr Lopez put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Pedro Augusto Botelho. Pedro Augusto Dantas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Augusto Botelho having to interfere. Pedro Augusto Botelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walmyr Lopez, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Pedro Augusto Botelho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Augusto Dantas in the 72nd minute of play. Walmyr Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Augusto Botelho having to interfere. After some careless play in the Chuvarada defense, Pedro Augusto Dantas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Augusto Botelho. The Chuvarada fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Augusto Botelho should have stopped the shot. Pedro Augusto Dantas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Augusto Botelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walmyr Lopez, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Pedro Augusto Botelho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Augusto Dantas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ricardo Corrêa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Parecis EC had won after a very even match.
