Walmyr Marquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Paulo Esteves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14thth minute of the game Felippe Vieira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nova Hera Fenix's Walmyr Marquez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Felippe Vieira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, EnzoFC's Christiano Lopez got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute, João Paulo Esteves left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EnzoFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Felippe Vieira took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walmyr Marquez. Walmyr Marquez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. EnzoFC's Felippe Vieira got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christiano Lopez hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wágner Urbano during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 40th minute, Wágner Urbano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Murillo Dantas got free with Valdomiro Félix in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nova Hera Fenix's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EnzoFC the free kick. After 67 played minutes Nova Hera Fenix got a freekick which was hit by Telmo Bastos. If João Paulo Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walmyr Marquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felippe Vieira, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After 84 minutes Nova Hera Fenix's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edmílson Nogueira who took care of the corner kick. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched EnzoFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
