Rubinho Cardozo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Jonathan Xavier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eduardo de Sousa's late challenge caught a ASTRT's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eduardo de Sousa helped the player get up and apologised. Eduardo de Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Germano Sabóia's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Evandro de Amorim skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Trancogo's Evandro de Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gino de Queirós in the 44th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rubinho Cardozo to strike the kick off in the second half. Evandro de Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Germano Sabóia in the 55th minute of the match. After having played for 57 minutes, Germano Sabóia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ASTRT's supporters crossed their fingers, but Germano Sabóia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evandro de Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Germano Sabóia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ASTRT's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gilmar Toledo in the 63rd minute. Evandro de Amorim came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by ASTRT's Germano Sabóia. But to his dismay, Germano Sabóia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Germano Sabóia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the match, Trancogo's goal looked a bit too open when Gino de Queirós came free, but Evandro de Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Germano Sabóia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Evandro de Amorim was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. In the 81stth minute of the game Germano Sabóia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trancogo's Evandro de Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Evandro de Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Germano Sabóia in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Germano Sabóia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evandro de Amorim. Trancogo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Germano Sabóia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. ASTRT's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
