A very good chance. 17 minutes into the match, Pelada do Zé Br's goal looked a bit too open when João Pedro Falcão came free, but Luís Gustavo Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luís Gustavo Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Pedro Falcão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pelada do Zé Br's Luís Gustavo Azevedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Pelada do Zé Br from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felipe Alcântara in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chiquinho Capixaba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Gilvan Madureira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, João Pedro Falcão put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Luís Gustavo Azevedo. If Dudu Vasconcelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 36 played minutes Pelada do Zé Br got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Alcântara. If Dudu Vasconcelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. Dudu Vasconcelos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Gustavo Azevedo having to interfere. Juvenal de Medeiros hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dudu Vasconcelos was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Pedro Falcão in the 51st minute of play forced Pelada do Zé Br's goalkeeper Luís Gustavo Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dudu Vasconcelos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Luís Gustavo Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dudu Vasconcelos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dudu Vasconcelos in the 59th minute of play forced Pelada do Zé Br's goalkeeper Luís Gustavo Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute João Pedro Falcão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Gustavo Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, João Carlos Batista was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Amanirenas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pelada do Zé Br the free kick. In the 64th minute, João Carlos Batista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artur Sampaio, 65 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. The supporters of Amanirenas booed when Pelada do Zé Br was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcel Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute, João Pedro Falcão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Severino da Silva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Pedro Falcão struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Luís Gustavo Azevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amanirenas. Luís Gustavo Azevedo came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Amanirenas's João Pedro Falcão. But to his dismay, João Pedro Falcão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Murilo Oliveira kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Amanirenas's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
