Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Geovanni Campidelis kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Braz's zone, Edu Félix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Germano Brasil came out of the goal and Edu Félix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jean de Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Germano Brasil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dito Arantes came out of the goal and Gláuber Mello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maurício Gomes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frédson Koehler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dito Arantes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maurício Gomes in the 27th minute. Dito Arantes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frédson Koehler in the 28th minute of the match. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dito Arantes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 44 minutes into the match, Caiteuara SC's goalkeeper Dito Arantes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maurício Gomes. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raúl Hoffmann during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 47th minute there was a penalty for Braz. Gláuber da Cunha stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dito Arantes. 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frédson Koehler to make the kick off. If Maurício Gomes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th match minute, Caiteuara SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edu Félix to maneuver through the defense. Maurício Gomes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Frédson Koehler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dito Arantes was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Caiteuara SC's Enéas de Souza got a free kick in the 63rd minute. If Frédson Koehler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. In the 67th minute Maurício Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dito Arantes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Braz's Maurício Gomes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dito Arantes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frédson Koehler in the 70th minute of play forced Caiteuara SC's goalkeeper Dito Arantes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 74 played minutes Caiteuara SC got a freekick which was hit by Edu Félix. Frédson Koehler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute, Maurício Gomes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 94 minutes into the game, Maurício Gomes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Dito Arantes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Braz fully deserved thier win.
