João Pedro Falcão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when João Pedro Falcão made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Cacá Cerezo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pompeiro's supporters rose to their feet, but Cacá Cerezo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pompeiro's goalkeeper Joélson Saldanha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
