Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Itaipu FPRMZ's Tiago Gabriel Leite started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Armando Faria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiago Gabriel Leite in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Falcão Lira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 11 minutes into the match, S&V FC's goalkeeper Falcão Lira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edson Marinho. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Tiago Gabriel Leite took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Falcão Lira to make any attempt to save it. Edson Marinho struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Falcão Lira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itaipu FPRMZ. 19 minutes into the match, Edson Marinho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Falcão Lira. S&V FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edson Marinho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. A collision led to Itaipu FPRMZ getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Edson Marinho hit a great ball. In the 25th minute, Arthur Xavier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Décio Brodel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvério Falcão, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Claudinho Mattos notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Itaipu FPRMZ's Décio Brodel. Décio Brodel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alan Peixoto kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silvério Falcão was the one to do the kick off. When Alan Peixoto fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Itaipu FPRMZ's protests and gave Alan Peixoto a yellow card for diving instead. Alan Peixoto kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Décio Brodel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvério Falcão in the 55th minute of the match. Tiago Gabriel Leite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvério Falcão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Décio Brodel having to interfere. Armando Pinheiro charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Armando Pinheiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 62nd match minute, S&V FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Tiago Gabriel Leite's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Falcão Lira was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Falcão Lira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edson Marinho in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Tiago Gabriel Leite had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Falcão Lira. S&V FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiago Gabriel Leite was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 70th minute of the match Ramiro Sena shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Falcão Lira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, Itaipu FPRMZ's Décio Brodel got control of the ball when Claudinho Mattos tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 80th minute, Cido Cerezo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alan Peixoto was shown his second yellow card after 82 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Itaipu FPRMZ getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Alan Peixoto hit a great ball. Claudinho Mattos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Décio Brodel having to interfere. Claudinho Mattos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Décio Brodel made a huge save. When Silvério Falcão came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the S&V FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvério Falcão couldn't finish the play. Silvério Falcão hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Itaipu FPRMZ had won after a very even match.
