After a defensive mix-up in Supremacia Nerd FC's zone, Vânderson Fernandez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adhemar Macedo came out of the goal and Vânderson Fernandez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zé Carlos Coelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the game, Luiz Fábio Urbano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guerreiros SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Supremacia Nerd FC the free kick. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gugu Reis made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Supremacia Nerd FC's Gugu do Valle got a free kick in the 56th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zé Carlos Torres during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Supremacia Nerd FC booed when Guerreiros SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Carlos Torres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dorival Silveira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gugu do Valle in the 70th minute. Dorival Silveira made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Zé Carlos Coelho sent off a good shot on target. 76 minutes into the match, Guerreiros SC's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Carlos Coelho came free, but Dorival Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorival Silveira yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Cléberson Chaves scored 1-5 in the 99th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dorival Silveira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Supremacia Nerd FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
