Castanhao SS's Abelardo Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hortêncio Recife in the 93rd minute of play. The Castanhao SS supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Gabs Football Club's performance. The match ended with a win for Gabs Football Club.
