Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Armando Paraíba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delfim Urbano having to interfere. After some careless play in the Lider S FC defense, Tales Bezerra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Delfim Urbano. The Lider S FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Delfim Urbano should have stopped the shot. After 8 played minutes Lider S FC got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Rosado. Lider S FC's Delfim Urbano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elano Gomes in the 12th minute of play. Delfim Urbano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Paraíba in the 13th minute of the match. With a little luck, Jouquarinha's Nelsinho Donato got control of the ball when Sílvio Rosado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nelsinho Donato didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Lider S FC's Doni Linhares shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. The supporters of Lider S FC booed when Jouquarinha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Durval Sabóia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moisés Mattos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nelsinho Donato having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Doni Linhares in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nelsinho Donato saved Jouquarinha from getting behind. After some careless play in the Jouquarinha defense, Doni Linhares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nelsinho Donato. The Jouquarinha fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nelsinho Donato should have stopped the shot. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jouquarinha's goalkeeper Nelsinho Donato, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Doni Linhares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sílvio Rosado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tales Bezerra to make the kick off. Delfim Urbano made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Armando Paraíba sent off a good shot on target. Sílvio Rosado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Nelsinho Donato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 74 minutes of play, Lider S FC's Sílvio Rosado made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nelsinho Donato was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Armando Paraíba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Delfim Urbano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elano Gomes in the 80th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Aloísio das Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Urbano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sílvio Rosado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Nelsinho Donato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Lider S FC were the better team. Lider S FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
