After 2 played minutes Notreve FC got a freekick which was hit by Wilian Hoffmann. A collision led to Notreve FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Washington Mineiro hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matheus Vander in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquim Cabral saved Notreve FC from getting behind. Frédson Simão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute, Luan Vaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wilian Hoffmann's late challenge caught a Guaraense de Futebol's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilian Hoffmann helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th minute, Wilian Hoffmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute, Frédson Simão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquim Cabral was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After the first half Guaraense de Futebol were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Matheus Vander was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Guaraense de Futebol's Beto Corrêa got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After recieving a nice pass, Notreve FC's Washington Mineiro tried to score from far away in the 53rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Guaraense de Futebol's Alberto de Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Vítor Fonseca in the 60th minute of play. Joaquim Cabral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frédson Simão, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 70 minutes into the match, Guaraense de Futebol's goal looked a bit too open when Luan Vaz came free, but Alberto de Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 71 minutes, Sílvio Luís Penha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guaraense de Futebol and the Notreve FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Guaraense de Futebol's Sílvio Luís Penha got a free kick in the 71st minute. Alberto de Andrade didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from João Vítor Fonseca went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 82 played minutes Notreve FC got a freekick which was hit by Luan Vaz. Notreve FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Guaraense de Futebol to leave the ground with a draw.
