Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when César Braga got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 10 minutes, Zézinho Queiroz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Agora vai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zézinho Queiroz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Edson Meirelles managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Agora vai's Zézinho Queiroz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Agora vai's Ivo Neto got a free kick in the 15th minute. Jonathan Matos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from César Braga in the 16th minute of play. 0-1 became the score in the 17th minute when Edinho Saldanha elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Agora vai's Sílvio Luís Arce got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. DISTRITO FEDERAL LADRÕES's Edson Meirelles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Luís Arce in the 30th minute of play. If César Braga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 1-2 became the score in the 47th minute when Sílvio Luís Arce elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After the first half DISTRITO FEDERAL LADRÕES were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sílvio Luís Arce was the one to do the kick off. Mané Félix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edson Meirelles having to interfere. After 62 minutes of play, Agora vai's Sílvio Luís Arce made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edson Meirelles was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Agora vai's goalkeeper Jonathan Matos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by César Braga in the 68th minute of play forced Agora vai's goalkeeper Jonathan Matos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristiano Motta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Edson Meirelles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edson Meirelles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zézinho Queiroz in the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th match minute, Agora vai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zézinho Queiroz to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the match, Agora vai's goalkeeper Jonathan Matos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edinho Saldanha. When Zézinho Queiroz came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Agora vai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zézinho Queiroz couldn't finish the play. Nando de Castro hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. When Sílvio Luís Arce, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 91 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Edson Meirelles was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 96 minutes into the game, César Braga recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Matos. César Braga showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3.
